How do average people that make 60-80 thousand a year get a loan for a 700,000 house, i highly doubt they saved the 140,000 dollars for the 20% down,me along with my wife make 6,500 a month we plan on our mortgage to be around 2,500 a month, and my wifes credit is around 680. We're planning on buying a house in southern california.
