Investors percentage share split in investment property - thoughts?

2 investors going in on a property. The Property costs $135

Investor A puts in $10

Investor B puts in $50

A Mortgage is acquired for the remaining $75. The mortgage repayments are split 50/50

Both A and B then contribute an extra $10 each for renovations.

Now… If the property is sold, what percentage split would you say A and B should receive?
