Currently I have a mortgage on a condo, I owe 37K on that. I do have a little over 10K in credit card debt. I have a car loan at 13K.
I have a great job working in HR, and I make decent money. My credit score is currently at about 735.
I don't like the area I'm living in. It is slowly started to look worse and worse. Could I purchase another home, and then sell my condo? I don't want to consume myself in debt, but I'm looking to make some moves. What's my best option?
