I got approved for FHA loan and passed underwriting expectations than it went over to mshda and they are requiring me to have a divorce in order to get the assistance or a legal separation which my state doesn't offer… I have been sepratated from my ex for 2 yrs. I'm so upset been crying all day because I don't thin mshda is going to approve it and I won't get my house…
