Added (1). My original plan was to pay off the car outright but now thinking about it, I wonder if I should use the 55k to pay down the 2nd? Ultimately what would. Be better?
55k auto loan @1.49% AND 2nd mortgage @4.38%

Only a 83k 2nd @ 4.38%
