I just bought a house this year. I'm paying my monthly mortgage to Quicken Loans which includes the property tax. I have just received a Tax Bill from my township for:
County Tax
Library Tax
Open Space Tax
School Tax
Municipal Tax
Fire Tax
Can someone explain why I received this bill when I'm already paying my taxes with my mortgage payments?
