Hi so I've got the deposit and passed all the credit checks to get a mortgage. My only doubt is I'm currently looking for a new career path as I hate the business I have. So my question is would you get the mortgage first and just earn enough to pay the mortgage why looking for a new career path or wait until this is all sorted out? Thanks
