Hi just wondering if anyone can help?, My Father bought my Grans house back in 1995 he bought it with her council discount so the property was in my Grans name, my Dad paid for the house outright so no mortgage or anything, my Dad passed away in 2000 so my Gran automatically got the house with it being in her name my gran recently passed about a year ago and my aunt got everything the house my Dad bought etc am just wondering if I would have any grounds to stand on with my Father buying the house and me and my sister being his only dependents whether we would have any rights to my aunt inheriting and putting the house up forsale what was really my Fathers property?
