I have a chance to buy my first house and the owner is selling it for a very good price. House is great and all updated as well. However only issue I have is I don't like where I live! I live in Iowa. Now with my job I can transfer anywhere. Would it be a good idea to buy a house if I plan on moving in a year or so? I'd plan on keeping the house and renting it out to cover mortgage payments and make a little bit of money too. All sounds like a good idea to me but I want some outside perspective or people with this type of experience in this kind of situation too! Thank you
