Hi,
Can I take out a mortgage on my first (and only) home in the state that I live, work and rent an apartment, for a home in another state to be used as a vacation home? Or do I need to take out a mortgage in the same state as the house is in? This will be my first mortgage so I'm not sure how this all works. Thanks.
