I'm selling a property which is mortgage free and owned.
I have found a house which I love, but can't buy it as I have yet to sell mine.
The seller of the property is not willing to wait and is open to other buyers.
Can I get a mortgage and buy the house until mine has been sold?
Added (1). Would the bank allow a temporary mortgage? (I've never taken a mortgage before so not too sure how this works)
Would I have to inform the bank that I will pay them back once my property sells?
