How to transfer mortgage and deed to somebody without income?
Added (1). I have a friend who at the age of 18 years old took on a mortgage for their parents house. The house was never really hers and she put everything in her name to help her mom out at the time. Now she is getting married and wants to transfer the mortgage and the deed in her mothers name as she doesn't live there. The problem is the mother is not employed and basically rents out the house to pay the mortgage and live.
How the heck can you transfer a mortgage and a deed in this situation?
