Can you sue a mortgage company for harassment if they keep contacting you 2 years after bankruptcy discharge?

My family had to go bankrupt a couple of years ago, because of a tragedy that struck our family. Now 2 years after the discharge the mortgage company is still sending me things to pay the bill and I still receive the tax bills for the property. I am now trying to get my life back and may get turned down for a loan because they have not done anything with the property and they still have me listed as the title owner. What can I do about this?
