We bought a house 4 years ago in Southern California Me( 24 years single male) and my both parents. The house is under all 3 of us names. Lately my parents are having problems in their marriage and my dad is being very irresponsible and not putting money to make the mortgage payment and he is living free and we (my mom and I) are making payment to protect the house My mom and I are frustrated from the situation. What can be done legally to have him pay the amount he has to pay? If he continues to do that, what is the next step possibly be taken. Please advice. I would really appreciate any suggestion.
