I have been trying to get the original copy of some statements from 2013 with my old address on it for mortgage lenders. I managed to get some from RBS not 3 weeks ago for certain dates but now they are saying they don't do that. When ever I try and get them via digital banking they have my most recent address on it even though I wasn't at that address at the time.
