In California:
I own a home with my sister whose name is also on the title.
I recently got married in 11/2013.
I still have mortgage to pay for the property.
I would like to know how common/joint property works with regards to the ownership of the property and my wife's interest since the property was purchased before our marriage and that I still have mortgage to pay. How much does she own?
