Hello wondering if anyone can give me some advice.
I am looking to sell my flat but the fixed term mortgage isn't up until April. There is a £2k penalty for selling early. If there any way to avoid this? If not Can I advertise the sale as of the start of next year and delay the actual sale until the fixed term is complete?
