I'm 18 and in community college and I'm barely going to move out, I have two part time jobs and barely have 1500 in my saving towards a house and by the time I finish having enough for a house I'm going to be 40 and that's not counting how much I'm going to have to pay for college for when I want to get my degree. I want to be a etcher but seeing how the pay is for teachers nowadays I feel like I'm going to have a house until I'm 60. In worried about getting a mortgage but I feel like that would be the only option. Back to the big question how did you manage to buy your first home?
