Hi, I currently own an £85,000 flat mortgage free, my earnings are pretty decent also (more then enough to meet lending criteria) though the issue I seem to be having is 1. I have only been earning this money for the past 3 months. 2. I have a poor credit rating. I want to borrow of the property I have to buy and renovate another flat, which I will let out. As I bought the first flat with cash I'm still class as a "First time buyer" also if that helps. Any information or help would be appreciated.
