I'm in my final year of university and will be working after I leave (job in place). I'm hoping to (as a side project) go into property development; refurbishing houses and selling them on, however I'm obviously on a very low budget and low income. I've done a lot of research around mortgages and deposits etc., but it's all quite mind boggling. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
