Does anyone know how legit this company is?

They are some phony looking website that the property appraiser used to check for flood zone. Not even accredited by BBB. The websites address is aciweb.com… The FEMA map for the property looks like it is in flood zone x. A appraisal filed with the clerk of courts says flood zone x. What should we do if we believe the appraiser is wrong?
Added (1). We need to know if it is in a flood zone for FHA loan company. Thank you any help is appreciated.
