How to figure out what my closing costs will be?
Added (1). My husband and I are being gifted a down payment from his parents, and buying a house from my relatives. So different families, not the same. Since we aren't using a realtor, and my mortgage guy is out on vacation right now, my husband and I are trying to figure out what we can expect in closing cost and if any fees are associated with being gifted a down payment and buying a relatives home.
