I am trying to get a personal loan from Wells Fargo. What does a Wells Fargo underwriter want to hear? - 1
Added (1). I am married with a salary of 100K, my primary home is worth 200K and I owe 140K on the mortgage. I also have an investment property that collects 1000 in rental income, that property is worth 100K and I owe 40K on the mortgage. Under what terms will the underwriter approve my loan or counter? I already applied one time and the reason for denial was not enough high credit limit.
