Should I quit my job after 10 years?

I have worked at mcdonalds for 10 years. I am a manager. I make 16 an hour average of 400 a week. We got a new gm that I hate working for as well as others feel the same way. We have lost 3 great managers since she came in making it even harder to run smooth shifts. I am being told by many friends and family I should try waitressing but I'm not sure I'll make as much. I'm so nervous and stressed to just quit and possibly not like the next job or not make as much considering I have a mortgage to pay. I am super stressed most days and have even gone home crying. I just need some advice. Thanks
