What interest rate are you getting on your new mortgage?
Added (1). I have good credit (740+) and am trying to buy my first house. The lender I am working with thinks she can get me a 4.25% interest rate. This sounds high to me, but she said I am asking for such a small amount that she doesn't think she will be able to get it any lower. (I am trying to get $75,000)
Added (2). With a strong desire to move out of my apartment and nothing saved for a down payment, I will take what I can get… I was just seeing so many 3.25% - 4% interest rates in my research. I was hoping for something lower.
