Man keeps calling to collect escrow payments. We aren't behind. What to do?

This guy keeps calling to collect back escrow but we aren't behind. Our mortgage company said we aren't behind. We told him this and he keeps harassing us, wanting a money gram. He even answers tge phone. I'm confused and afraid.
