Buying a house with no down payment, no money, etc?

We have some relatives who are moving across the country because they feel spiritually led to. They told me they do not believe in saving, have nothing, have no place to stay once there, and no jobs. One of them told me that they are looking into buying a house with land/farm and it wouldn't be much money to do. Would anyone finance them without a down payment or closing cost money? When we bought our house, we paid cash but still had to pay our own closing costs. Can they do this?
Added (1). We are talking about moving thousands of miles away without a place to live, job, anything. They said they have faith they will be covered/provided for.
