How do we go about's with writing a Tenants In common and what to do when we've wrote one?

My girlfriend and I are considering buying a house together. I don’t have any money saved what so ever and she has come into some inheritance which she agreed to put abit of it down on the deposit. We agreed we would go 50/50 on the rest of the mortgage, bills etc. We also looked into how we would be both safe financially and by the looks of it “Tenants In common” same like the better opinion for us. Now we agreed to going with the Tenants in common what is the first step to take and how do we write this agreement up?
