Mortgage Company will not let us close on our condo?

So me and my husband bought a new condo. It just got finished being built a week or so before Christmas. So it s been ready for us to move into for couple weeks now. But our mortgage guy will not let us close. We keep asking for a date and he keeps telling up how he is waiting for this paper work or how he still needs this paperwork. Every day it seems like he is waiting or telling us we are missing paperwork. This is our first house buying experience and it has been a nightmare with this company. (Capital Mortgage Funding). Is there anything we can do? This guys is just an ******* and I feel is during this on purpose.
