What can i do for a mortgage loan?

my main thing was to get a single wide mobile home and land. Jus talked to my bank n they said they dont do single wide but do double wide on a permanent foundation, watever that means. I was so bummed wen they said that lol. A double wide would jus cost more i am not redy for that. Anyone know other lenders that would help me?
