Is it true that women like men that are inconsistent but clever?

I was reading my Zodiac sign personality description and it said "Gemini men are inconsistent but clever, which makes them more attractive to women."

I don't really know what it means to be inconsistent but clever, but if it's a true statement then why are women drawn to this personality trait? What's so attractive about being inconsistent? Can you give men an example please
