My dad is a month away from foreclosure and I am doing what I can to help, however I had the idea he gifts me the home and we put it in my name and get things back up to speed since I can afford it. So my question is can he do that and if he can would that reverse foreclosure on the home if I were to roll what he owes back into the mortgage? Any information helps and please serious answers only.
