I'm 17 years old and am wanting to buy a house in July 2018 when I will be 18. It is something me and 2 friends have agreed to do. We've said we will split the deposit and pay a third each and do the same with the mortgage on a monthly basis.
What a the standard procedures we need to go through to buy? And any other useful info is much appreciated.
