So guy knocked on my door at 9am to do the survey required for his mortgage and stuff but flat was in a mess, laundry everywhere, dishes piled up etc. Is this going to cause any issues with the survey / valuation? Anyone with experience on this let me know. Estate agent told me he was coming a week ago but I totally forgot.
