My ex husband bought a house through VA home loan after we got married. After 6 years we separated and got divorce. Now he is working with his loan for deed in lieu for foreclosure and i receive papers from mortgage company that i need to sign stating me and him are the borrowers of the loan. My name was not on the deed and the bills we receive from mortgage were named only to him. They do not give me information about the loan if i ask them questions. Should i ignore the documents i receive? Will this affect my credit?
