I don't have a girlfriend/wife to relocate with. Right now, I rent rooms in my house and I enjoy the freedom that comes along with being a homeowner with people who are rarely at my house paying my mortgage. Should I relocate for $10k when I'll basically just be using it to cover the increased housing expense associated with renting?
