How much of a house can I afford?

I make 17$ an hour, get paid weekly. Every week my check is 575$ but every month the union takes off 60$ from one check. Yearly I make about 38,000. So how much of a house can I afford now? Also, In 3 years Ill be making 23$ an hour with a check of 710 a week so how much of A house can I afford then?
