Can you collect unemployment if you where fired for loseing your licence to drive?

I recently was fired from my job that i've been doing for five years because I got a dui. This is the second time this has happeneded. He didn't fire me the last time obveously but this time he did. Don't know why. What a jerk, I have a house here to take care of and a mortgage to pay.
There are only a few deliveries to do here and there. But
