Is there any lender in GA that will pre approve mortgage loan W/credit score 580?

I don't have the best credit score, but really want to purchase my first home. Is there any mortgage lenders that will qualify individuals with a credit score of 580.

All my open accounts in gd standards and I only have one account that's negative from past. No foreclosure or bankruptcy
