Added (1). So here's the thing my mom who is willing to give me a gift for an FHA loan. However her acct balance is normally around $100 and she is gifting me $1500 she is actually going to sell some of her things to get the money to give me the gift. She will deposit the money she gets for selling her tv and such into her bank and then she will gift me the money. Will everything go through okay? I don't want to get my hopes up.
