Is it possible to buy a house with credit score of zero?

I am planning to buy a house in couple month. And I was told that my credit score is zero. However few years ago, I have paid my car thru auto loan and was paid in full without any problems. Also, I have never delay or missed any utility, wireless, or home rent. But I am not sure why I have a credit score of zero. Will it be possible for me to buy a house with a mortgage in couple of month?
