Any recommended loan companies for my situation?

I m currently trying to get a home loan. The home loan is 40,000 with a 5,000 down payment. My current credit score is 621. My yearly income is roughly 13,000. I m trying everything possible to where I don t need a cosigner. Does anyone have any recommended loan companies? No rude comments necessary
