How much can 1 negative item reduce your credit score?

I have a medical bill of $2200.00 that just got reported on my credit and I was alerted that it will decrease my credit score.

How much will it possibly get lowered to?
Added (1). What I meant to say is, how many points can I lose for this recently reported item? Like what's the worse case; 10 points, 20 points or a lot more? Thanks.
