Where can I get an FHA loan with a credit score between 500-520?
Added (1). Although I am working on it, I have extremely low credit. I need to get a loan of about $70,000 to purchase a home as I cannot afford to rent a home large enough for my 8 person, multi-pet family. I live in Kansas and need to find a lender that will approve a loan with this low of a credit score.
