Me and my partner of over 6years bought a house in December together. When we bought this house he put £53,000 down as a deposit and we got a joint mortgage of £30,000. Since we have moved in i have paid everything in that house as he 'couldn't' get a job. He moved out 4weeks ago, he broke into our property the other day (which is legal to do so) and took all his belongings.
Has anyone got any advice please?
There's is no way i can speak to him as he's totally out of control on drugs. So i'm stuck! How can i walk away without effecting myself with this mortgage.
