What is an expensive university fee?

hi there, so i want to go to a university that is £12743 per year with my chosen degree. Is this very expensive? My parents are both doctors, one is full time one is part time. I also have a sister in medical school and a brother over in a Thailand university atm. How likely would it be that i could go to this university? Is it too expensive? We also have a big mortgage! Do you think it is possible i can attend? Can my family afford it?
